Screenshots showing that the product didn’t work as promised
We do not issue refunds to customers who:
Do not provide proof
Have not used or tried the product
Claim they “didn’t like it”
Purchased by mistake
Purchased and downloaded everything without attempting to use it
This policy prevents misuse of digital downloads (downloading everything and requesting a refund).
Refunds will not be issued for:
Instant digital downloads that were fully accessed and not used
Change of mind
Inability to use Canva or digital tools
Purchasing the wrong product
Requesting refunds after using the templates for client work
Sharing the product with others
Downloading files and then asking for a refund with no valid reason
Refunds will be issued if:
You were charged twice accidentally
