This proof may include:

  • Screenshots of your usage

  • Screenshots of your Canva edits or outputs

  • Screenshots of implementation (ads, designs, content, etc.)

  • Screenshots showing errors or issues

  • Screenshots showing that the product didn’t work as promised

We do not issue refunds to customers who:

  • Do not provide proof

  • Have not used or tried the product

  • Claim they “didn’t like it”

  • Purchased by mistake

  • Purchased and downloaded everything without attempting to use it

This policy prevents misuse of digital downloads (downloading everything and requesting a refund).

4. Duplicate Payment or Technical Errors

Refunds will be issued if:

  • A technical error prevented you from receiving your product
